SERIO SECURITY / LEGAL

Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the SERIO Security public website. The website is operated by SERIO Security, Estonia (“SERIO”, “we”, “us”). Questions can be sent to sales@seriosecurity.com.

1. Scope and acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms cover the marketing website and its enquiry forms, not the use of the SERIO security platform.

Platform subscriptions, evaluations, trials, support and the processing of customer data are subject to separate agreements. Where a separate agreement applies to a service, that agreement governs that service.

2. Website information and enquiries

The website provides general information about SERIO and ways to contact our team. We aim to keep information accurate, but content may change and may not describe every feature, configuration or deployment requirement.

Submitting a demo or trial request does not create a subscription, confirm a meeting, activate access or commit either party to a purchase. Any access, pricing and commercial terms must be agreed separately. There are no payments or purchases through this website.

Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit passwords, credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential customer data through the enquiry forms.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent enquiries, send spam or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Automated access must respect applicable law and must not disrupt or overload the website. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or our rights.

4. Intellectual property

The website, SERIO branding and original content belong to SERIO or their respective licensors. You may view and share links to the website and make reasonable internal copies for evaluating SERIO. These terms do not grant a licence to our software, trademarks or other intellectual property.

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not, by itself, imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.

5. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website. You retain your rights in the information you submit; we use it to handle your enquiry as described in that policy.

Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply, and we are not responsible for content or services outside our control.

6. Availability and responsibility

We provide the website on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or that it will meet every requirement. Website content is not a guarantee that any security product will prevent every threat or incident.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or limits your mandatory statutory rights.

7. Changes and applicable law

We may update the website and these terms. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted here. Changes apply to future use and do not retrospectively alter any separate agreement.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Estonia, subject to any mandatory rights you have to rely on another law or bring proceedings elsewhere. Please contact sales@seriosecurity.com first so we can try to resolve any concern.
